In-Home Personal Training

There are several perks to having a personal trainer come to you.  Here are just a few:


1. I come to you!!! You do not have to waste time in your busy day traveling to and from a gym or fitness destination.  Your workout is more likely to get done because I am showing up on your door step.  No excuses.


2. You do not have to go to an intimidating gym atmosphere.  The gym can be a very scary place, especially if you do not know what you are doing.  Nobody wants to be stared at.  What if you do not know how to use a machine, how to perform an exercise correclty or even what exercises to perform?  All of these intimidations are taken away when I come to you.


3. You do not need any equipment. All you have to do is be at your house.  I will bring any fun/crazy equipment that we need.  Some things that I have are jump ropes, a TRX, medicine balls, weights, a Bosu ball, a physio ball, kettlebells, sandbags, battle ropes, etc.


4. No getting stuck in a rut. Sometimes when I work out I find myself doing the same things over and over again.  Getting stuck in a rut is easy to do.  You tend to go through your typical go-to routine.  That can get boring very quickly and your body gets used to those same movements.  I will make sure you do not get stuck in a rut.  I know a ton of different exercises that will keep you and your muscles guessing.


5. You don't have to think. You just show up and I help with the rest.  As I mentioned above, when you do not have a plan of attack, it is easy to get stuck in a rut.  You are likely to give a half effort going from one thing to the next because you do not have a plan or do not know what new and exciting things you can even do.  I take all the thinking and guesswork out of it.  You can turn off your brain from your busy day and just do the exercises I have planned specifically for you.  Sometimes when you are working out it is so nice to just be told what to do so you do not have to think about it and you can just do it. 




Two Common Questions:


1. What does it cost? Each session is $50.  You can have as many or as few as you want.  Most people choose 2 or 3 sessions a week.
